The King of Disputes: Mr. Imran Khan

When India became independent in 1947 it was divided into 565 kingdoms or we can say princely states. Sardar Patel took an initiative to bring all of them together and generate a great nation, India. Only two states were not ready to join themselves in India.

Those were Junagadh and Hyderabad. The Nawab of Junagadh and Hyderabad wanted that their lands should go under Pakistani rule. But it was impossible because there was two resistance. First was, both the princely states were not directly attached to Pakistan, as there was too much long-distance and second was, there was the iron man of India, Sardar Patel who never let that happen. Also, there was another state in dispute too, it was Kashmir. I would like to talk about the Kashmir issue and how it was solved. Then I will talk about the Junagadh issue and what is happening right now.

Kashmir issue:

The present king of Kashmir at the time of independence was Maharaja Hari Sinh. Maharaja was quite confused at the time of independence.

He couldn't determine with whom he wants to join. The present prime minister of India Nehru offered him protection but Maharaja couldn't decide at that time. The present prime minister of Pakistan Jinnah did not want Kashmir in the first place. Although he attacked Kashmir to capture it and include it in Pakistan. The attack resulted in the 1947 war.

Maharaja Hari Sinh

Now, Sardar thought that water has headed over the nose and we should do something. Sardar took the command as Nehru was out of the country during the war. Sardar sent the military to protect Kashmir. Also, knowing of the Pakistani attack, Maharaja Hari Sinh was instantly ready to mix Kashmir with India. Sardar helped Maharaja and fought against Pakistan and then the rest is history. Kashmir is a part of India. 

Junagadh issue:

The issue of Junagadh and Hyderabad was the same. Both rulers want to join their states with Pakistan. At that time the ruler of Junagadh was Nawab Mahobat Khan Babi. Babi had a strong desire that Junagadh should be joined with Pakistan. But, it was never going to happen as Sardar Patel was there. Babi understood this and moved to Pakistan with his family and even took his pets along with him. The whole ruling came to his Dewan Shahnawaz Bhutto.

On the other hand, an organization was created to freed Junagadh. The organisation was called as "Aarzi Hakumat." Aarzi Hakumat attacked Junagadh and beseized Kutiyana. Dewan called Pakistan for help and Pakistan replied that they can't help. As help can't be possibly given as Junagadh was too far. Finally, Dewan Shahnawaz Bhutto surrendered Junagadh to India and left for Pakistan. Shahnawaz Bhutto was the father of former Pakistani PM of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and grandfather of former Pakistani PM Benazir Bhutto. On the day of November 9, 1947 Junagadh joined with India and became a part of India. 

Hyderabad issue: 

Now, after this long time of this dispute, Mr. Imran Khan has raised controversy. He presented a map showing Junagadh a part of Pakistan in Pakistani parliament.

A year has been completed since 370 was removed from Kashmir. To become limelight and raise a dispute, this is all a game of Mr. Imran Khan. Former PM Jinnah said to all upcoming prime ministers that, "Whenever you feel like your ruling is staggering, just pull a helping chain called Kashmir."

All the Pakistani prime ministers since date are using Kashmir as the chain of crisis time. This is a mere stunt for publicity which will result in nothing but the insult of the Pakistani government. Also, they presented the map in the UN too. But no one is going to support Pakistan except China and Nepal. 

Conclusion: It's all a publicity stunt to be in limelight and stabilize the staggered ruling of Imran Khan. He wants to distract their public because now everyone counts him as the responsible person behind the staggering economy, poverty, and other problems. So, this dispute will become quite in near future.
