Vaccine

Hello everyone,

Soon we're going to be free from the clutches of the coronavirus or scientifically known as CoVID-19. I have said this in my earlier blogs and saying again that CoVID has done enough damage to us.

Before the actual vaccine, much fake news came and every one time we get nothing but despair. But now the vaccine has been invented by Russia is giving hope to humanity. This is a huge step towards the protection of humans.

The earliest vaccines were made from the organisms which were causing the disease.

Forex: If we take an example of Polio Vaccine, the pathogen or Poliovirus called Poliomyelitis are grown on monkey's kidney. Then they are inactivated using formalin. These inactivated virus are injected and virus imitates as the real ones. The body develops the response against this virus, but when immune system gets activated it makes memory cells. This is the basis that why vaccines work. These memory cells become ready to fight when activated or live the Poliomyelitis virus comes.

This was a brief about how vaccines are made and how they work basically. But it's not easy to make CoVID vaccine because CoVID is not as simple as other viruses. Even the coding of genome took too long for this virus then just think about how tough it would to produce vaccine. It's not as that just kill or inactivate the corona and administer it. It's much difficult in real. I heard many saying that scientists are useless, they can't even make a vaccine. Making vaccine takes too much time because many reasons are there to take into the notes. 

1. Vaccines should work efficiently and effectively under low dose. 
2. Vaccines should evoke the immune system properly that it can fight against real pathogens. 
3. Vaccines should be safe. 
4. Vaccines should not cause the actual disease.
5. Vaccines should not cause any other disease.
6. Vaccines should not have any side effects.

These are some points that should be taken on the note. And all the points should be there in a single vaccine. Ideal vaccines are those which has all these features. Some vaccines have some features and lack some features. This can't be used because it may be dangerous to the patients. 

Another factor that makes the preparation of vaccines too long is that "All the vaccines should be passed through some trials." It should pass all the trial phases without any problem. If unfortunately it fails in any subject the whole vaccine fails. The research starts again from where it started earlier. That means, researchers have to start again from nothing or from zero. 

So, that's why it took long time and everyone keeps defaming those researchers and scientists. 

Now, we are lucky that the Russians invented the vaccine. All the trial phases has been passed by the vaccine and safe to use.

The vaccine will be given first to those who are working as health employees and then to old ones, then children and finally to adults. India will  have vaccine soon but it might take 2-3 months. That means we're not getting it before Christmas. But India has an opportunity to make a vaccine on its own. We can make our names in the world of biology. I hope it comes true. 

Conclusion: The vaccine is made very soon. It might took a year to make the vaccine but early research of SARS and MARS disease were used to make the vaccine as soon as possible. Now, we got the vaccine, we will be in our schools, colleges, and offices as we were before.
