Books: Read to Lead 

Hello everyone,

Today I am going to talk about Books and how important they are in our life. Books can build a character like no one else can build.

I replied to him on this comment that, "Those who aren't aware of the mightiness of books, comments like this. You're an idiot if you criticize books." Books are of too much importance and can change the living of one's life. I started visiting the library when I was in class 5. In beginning, I read only storybooks and comics. They were too of utmost importance and they gave me the habit of reading. I was able to concentrate on certain things and majorly I was able to read long books compared to others of my age. Then from storybooks, I jumped to novels and entered an amazing world of knowledge. I found a pool of wisdom and knowledge in that library.

Sometimes books may make you boring from outside but it makes you vibrant and intelligent from inside. And you're boring outside, just because you don't have those who can understand your talks. Book reading impacts hugely on your life and it makes you differ from the ones of your age. No one of your age can really understand what you're talking about. I had personally experienced all this. Finding friends who can understand you at that time is like finding a needle in a haystack.

I was facilitated with books because at that age I didn't have any device that can distance me from books. I didn't have a mobile phone or anything. These devices are the causal of distancing children from books. Nowadays children of age 6-10 have touchscreen mobiles in their hands. I am not saying that technology is entirely bad. Technology is required as we cannot run our lives without it. But overuse of technology and less use of libraries leading our youth and children nowhere. 

Once, I saw a child reading a storybook outside his house. I was amazed that nowadays many children use mobile phones and this kid is reading. I felt that not all are going nowhere. Some of them are making their own future and they will soon get their bright ways which will lead them to a wonderful life. Reading will lead them. I personally read many novels like Harry Potter and many other  Hindi and Gujarati novels. I have my own life motto.

READ TO LEAD.

Now, How to make the habit of reading to a child? The answer is simple. As my father did, you just have to follow the steps.

First of all, find a library near you. Every district has at least one government library. Also, many private libraries exist too. Right now, most of the villages have a library or two. 

Then, take your child there and open his/her account and make him reading storybooks. All children love stories. They might not like it at first. You read the story to the children. Once, they will get the interest they will start reading. Just, read a half story and let him/her finish the whole story. No child can suppress the urge to listen to the whole story. The ending will make them read the story.

Once, you're able to do this, half of the work has been done. Just take your children regularly to the library. They will fall in love with that place. They won't need anyone to talk to. They will make books with their best friends.

Then cheer them up and talk about books they're reading. For this, you have to read those books too. Discuss the books with them. 

Then excite them about reading long novels and then they will make their own way. 

Once they get their way, they can fight any situation because books will broaden their minds.

These are the effective steps to fill your child with wisdom and intelligence. 

Conclusion: Books enhance concentration and shape the future of one's who are reading them. Books are the best way to become successful and have a bright future.
